Machukha, hailing from Ukraine, channel doom and sludge through the lens of Eastern European folk heritage. Their sound is slow, oppressive and ritualistic, reflecting loss, endurance and collective memory. Machukha’s music carries real emotional and cultural weight — not posturing, but lived experience.
